Shipping Policy

We try our best to ensure that all orders for NIpouches are shipped out on the same day, but please allow one working day for processing. If an order is placed at the weekend it will be shipped on Monday morning.

Once your order is placed, our dedicated team works diligently to process and pack your NIpouches Order with care. If we have any issues we will contact you immediately with the details you provide. Once dispatch has commenced orders cannot be cancelled.

NIPouches use Royal Mail for delivery. Delivery costs and estimated delivery date/time are calculated during check-out. 

NIPouches cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery address details that are provided by the customer. If delivery failure has occurred and the goods are returned to us, a refund may be offered at our discretion, without delivery and packaging costs.

Nicotine Pouches are defined as perishable goods so they are not eligible for returns. Please do not return your goods as a refund cannot be offered in the circumstance.
